Introducing the Fruit Fly Zapper

How it Works

1

Apply a Lure

Add apple cider vinegar, beer, or wine to one of the two reusable lure sponges — whatever's already drawing flies to your kitchen will draw them here too.
2

Place it Anywhere

No outlet required. Set it by the fruit bowl, next to the recycling, on the counter by the sink — wherever the flies actually are.
3

Turn it On

Flies are drawn through an electrified mesh — the same idea as a handheld bug zapper — and are eliminated on contact.

Kills Before They Can Lay Eggs

Other traps let flies linger on the surface — long enough to leave the next generation behind. This one doesn't give them the chance.

No Sticky Glue Boards

Nothing to lose effectiveness as it collects dust. The mesh works the same on day 30 as it does on day one.

Reusable, Not Disposable

Comes with two reusable lure sponges. No jars to throw away, no glue boards to replace — refill and go again.

15-Hour Battery Life

Leave it plugged in, or take it fully cordless for up to 15 hours. Put it exactly where the problem is instead of wherever the nearest outlet happens to be.

Yes — and it’s the mechanism, not just the marketing. Vinegar-jar traps let flies land and lay eggs before (or instead of) drowning. Plug-in traps only catch what happens to wander onto a glue board tethered near an outlet. This uses an electrified mesh to eliminate flies on contact, and it goes wherever the flies actually are, cord-free, for up to 15 hours.

Apple cider vinegar, beer, or wine — whatever you already have that’s drawing fruit flies in your kitchen will work here.

No. It runs cordless for up to 15 hours on a full charge, or you can leave it plugged in continuously.

An LED light indicates power and charge status.

No — it’s designed to be reused. It comes with two reusable lure sponges, so there’s nothing to throw away and repurchase after a single use.

Patent pending. It’s currently the only electronic fruit fly zapper on the market.
